Description
The ski touring MTN 86 CARBON proposed by SALOMON benefits from a brand new design that allows it to be very comfortable on the way up thanks to an excellent balance and to make the powder talk on the way down thanks to a well tempered character. It is still easy to handle and will behave very smoothly.
This model has a more traditional shape with less rocker to shorten the length and gain weight. The new core made entirely of Karuba and the addition of various carbon fibers gives it a great reserve of power that it delivers at the slightest request. The grip is excellent on hard and crusty snow.
In order to control vibrations and gain in comfort, the tip is equipped with a Cork Amplifier insert made of snow that comes from strong, durable gres. And always in a research of production limiting the ecological impact, SALOMON rutilises the scraps of soles to manufacture that of this excellent ski of ultra versatile touring.
